Hope everyone had a lovely Easter holiday. The Easter Bunny visited Perry last Thursday, with chocolate in tote. Some students enjoyed dying eggs and going on egg hunts in classrooms.
Our Chuck E. Cheese Fundraiser Family Night was a huge, fun success! Our Chuck E. Cheese event came complete with a visit from the beloved mouse at Perry. That night, about a dozen staff, a few board members and 37 Perry families were in attendance to join in on the fun. We raised $112.52 to go towards tuition costs for our families. Thanks to all who came out for a night of fun with and for the children. See you at next year's event!
Established in 1934 to support low-income, single parent families during the Depression, Perry Nursery continues to provide affordable, high quality preschool for children, ages 2.5 through 5 years within Washtenaw County.
We provide year-round childcare, family support services such as parent workshops.
We use the High-Scope curriculm.
Today we continue to provide high quality, affordable childcare to families in need. In fact, we are the only non-profit, private nursery school in Michigan to target low-income families by providing a sliding-scale tuition.
Through caring organizations such as United Way, and our generous individual donors, we look forward to continuing our mission for generations to come!
