Today Perry celebrated Beach Day!!! With the weather looking so bleak lately, we decided to warm things up and pretend it was summer. Coincidentally, this happened to occur on, appropriately, the coldest day of 2008! We cranked up our thermostats, put on our bathing suits, donned our sunglasses and had a ball!!! The classrooms engaged in various activities, such as fishing in the water table, swimming in a pool of shaving cream, dancing to beach party music, examining shells, playing with sea creature toys, creating ocean and beach art, eating a picnic lunch on our beach towels and many other fun beach acti
